As a former Chief Product & Technology Officer, Kath has led high-growth SaaS, consumer platforms, and medtech businesses, including Yahoo, News Corp, and multiple startups. She has built and scaled digital products used by millions of users, executed large-scale platform transformations, navigated complex regulatory landscape of medical devices, and implemented data-driven strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Kath founded loop+, an IoT digital health company that developed a first-of-its-kind remote patient monitoring platform, commercialized with insurance reimbursement. She led the full product lifecycle, from regulatory-compliant hardware development to integration into clinical workflows.​

Sue is an experienced senior leader, with expertise across content, digital product, publishing, broadcasting, marketing, culture change, staff development, and strategy. With a strong background in publishing and journalism, Sue excels in story-telling and content sharing. She is customer and audience driven, with a constant focus on identifying areas for improving a business and its people.
Sue has launched many market-leading web and mobile products, and steered multi-disciplined teams through organisational change. She has provided consultation for leaders in tech, media, public bodies, not-for-profit, health and government.
